• I accept payment in EUR through PayPal and Bankieren for Dutch commissioners
• Commissions must be paid upfront
• An email address must be provided so I can send an invoice/payment request and finished piece.
• A clear reference of the character you want drawn must be provided.
• I have the right to decline or cancel any commission.
• Clients are not allowed to use my work for commercial use unless they pay an additional fee, this includes using my work for AI, NFTs or any other crypto related stuff.

Rules and Terms of Service

General Terms

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason

Payment

  • Commissions must be paid upfront.

  • The accepted currency is euro and can be paid through either PayPal or Bankieren.

Process and Delivery

  • The time it takes to finish a commission can vary between a week to a month depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.

  • If you need a commission before a specific date you can let me know.

Revisions

  • After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

  • Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

  • If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

Copyright and Usage

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I've started working on the commission.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point before contacting me about a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
